Sikhote-Alin Meteorite Pendent

$105.00

Description

This is a real Iron Meteorite that fell on the Sikhote-Alin Mountains in Russia in 1947.

This meteorite is a solid piece of debris from a source, such as an asteroid or a comet, that originates in outer space and survives it’s impact with the Earth’s surface. It is called a meteoroid before its impact. More than 90 percent of meteorites are of rock, while the remainder consist wholly or partly of iron and nickel. A meteorite’s size can range from small to extremely large.

This meteorite pendant is 1″ long and .5″ wide and has a loop perfect for adding a necklace chain.
